These may soften in prolonged sun exposure in the car, like in the southern states, in which case we recommend hanging on your turn signal or your visor to limit sun exposure. Sun exposure and heat can increase the throw of the scent (making it stronger) and sun exposure can fade some colors and decorations for extended exposure. These can last anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks depending on scent and exposure conditions. We always love to hear feedback from our customers regarding the durability and longevity.

These are handcrafted and so, some may have minor flaws. Not every freshie will look exactly like the next one. Colors may vary slightly in person. If there is a mistake on the production end, we will replace the items when you send back the original. Otherwise, there are no refunds or exchanges.
