Welcome to Hawk’s Nest Creations! By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. As a small, local Indiana business, we take pride in every item we create and want to ensure you have the best experience possible.

1. Handcrafted & Made-to-Order Disclosure

Every item in our shop is uniquely made to order. Because our products are handcrafted and not mass-produced, please note the following:

Unique Variations: There may be tiny flaws or slight variations from the display photos (such as minor differences in ink placement, resin patterns, or garment hue).
Acknowledgment: By placing your order, you acknowledge these unique characteristics that come with handmade goods.

2. All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing (please refer to our size charts before ordering).

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our work! If there is a flaw in the item due to a production error on our part or if the item was damaged during shipping, we will make it right.

Reporting Window: You must notify us of any flaws or damages within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.

4. Production & Turnaround Time

We believe in quality over speed. To ensure your product is never rushed and to keep costs as low as possible for our customers, we follow a strict production schedule:

Turnaround Time: Current production time is 7 to 10 business days, depending on the complexity of the item.
Business Days: This does not include weekends or holidays.

5. Shipping Information

Once your order is handcrafted and passes our quality check, it will be shipped out immediately.

Estimated Delivery: With standard shipping, you should have your item within 2 weeks of your initial order date.
In-Person Events (Indy 500/Bike Weeks): Please plan ahead! For major events, we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks in advance to account for any carrier delays.
